Shiny app to allow to convert between metadata sheets from lab work on indirect calorimetry data and Metadata Sheet (Seep et al., 2024).
Also, this allows to fill in a truncated Metadata Sheet specifically for the needs of the CALOR app for indirect calorimetry data analysis.
