* Refactor list operation buttons into a single button group * Refactor ListFilter into FilteredListToolbar and restyle * Move zoom keybinds out of zoom control * Use button group for display mode select * Hide zoom slider on xs devices (cherry picked from commit d6a2953)

Mostly refactoring and cleanup of the
FilteredListToolbarused by all the non-scene filtered list views. Restores the display mode button group, instead of the dropdown button.Also fixes an issue where the zoom keybinds were not working.
This should be included in 0.29.4 bugfix release.
