Various changes to the scene list page based on user feedback:

returned saved filter button to the top toolbar
button order is changed to have sidebar toggle on the left, then saved filter button, then edit filter button
moved sort, page size and display mode selectors to the left side
moved result summary text to the right on smaller viewports, centered on larger viewports
changed the sidebar overlap behaviour to only overlap on small viewports (fixes New scene UI issues on tablet-sized screen #6213)
operation buttons are now centered during scene selection on larger viewports
moved the sidebar toggle to the left side during scene selection
