* Resync Handy every hour * Don't try to upload script after resync if Handy is disconnected

Resolves #5579
Inspiration taken from https://handyfeeling.com/local-video where they also trigger a resync if the last sync was done more than an hour ago.
I think this is a better solution than having the user manually trigger a resync. And doing it every hour should be enough since clock drift is usually negligible over such intervals.
