Since a few days we have trouble with the github checks that are posted by pkg.pr.new

1. In some repos checks aren't appearing anymore. e.g.
   recent PR: https://github.com/mui/material-ui/pull/47894/checks
   older PR: https://github.com/mui/material-ui/pull/47836/checks?check_run_id=64443959395
2. The packages that get published in some PRs have completely wrong hashes. e..g here it says:

   ⚡️ Your npm packages are published.

   yet, fb5f0a4 is not at all a commit on this branch https://github.com/mui/mui-public/pull/1158/commits

Could it be something went wrong on the last release?
