EverythingToolbar Version

2.0.4.0

Variant

Not applicable / Don't know

Everything Version

1.4.1

Windows Version

Windows 11 Pro 24H2

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to the Everything toolbar.
  2. Type an expression that will return some results.
  3. Select an item, then press the Ctrl key and click the mouse simultaneously.
  4. In most cases, this will simply close the search results and nothing further will happen.
  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4. This time, the default file browser will open (in my case, Directory Opus).

Expected Behavior

It should, however, open the default file explorer at step 4 every time.

I have history turned on, so I don't need to type the search term again at step 2. I can simply click on the same item again while keeping Ctrl pressed.

Actual Behavior

It closed the search list and nothing happens, the first time.
