We log which default TestExecutionListener implementations are discovered and which listeners are used, but we do not log anything for ContextCustomizerFactory and ContextCustomizer.

We should therefore introduce similar logging for ContextCustomizerFactory and ContextCustomizer in order to improve diagnostics.
