The openid-configuration endpoint is always available under /.well-known/openid-configuration . For an issuer https://example.com/issuer1 I would have expected it to be availabe under /issuer1/.well-known/openid-configuration according to https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-discovery-1_0.html#ProviderConfigurationRequest .
