Goal

Enable Spinkube, so rcm can be used as a dependency (Straight-forward installation of containerd-shim-spin)

Benefits

• Install AND clean uninstall of spin-shim
• Shim CRD as part of Spinkube Helm-Chart, so Runtime-Class can be auto-created; removes one step of Spinkube installation process
• Multiple versions of Spin(-shim) can be installed on same cluster
• test automation based on k3d, to be in line with spinkube
