When having adocstring or ReSt file which contains charachters like
km², cm³, €, etc. Sphinx doesn't show an error message. It just exists with

#!bash

Sphinx error:

This leaves s the user solving the problem by trial and error which is not productive.

I would really appreciate a message here.
