and a further commit that adds default derivation paths for bip39/hw for segwit multisig
This supersedes #4354
The default paths used are as described in #4352 (comment) , i.e.
where
purpose = 48,account = 0, andscript_type = 1for p2wsh-p2sh multisig, andscript_type = 2for p2wsh multisig
