Apologies that this small change took so long to pass tests; one of the Travis checks stalled twice for some reason or another so I ended up closing & re-opening to trigger the CI. I hope that has not be detrimental to the "merge-ability" of this PR. Please advise if I need to do something additional or close this and start all over. |

Don't worry (too much) about failing unit tests for package-only changes like here. The problem is more that no one with merge rights got around to merging this. If you need this urgently you can try pinging people explicitly |

This PR makes eospac version 6.4.0beta.3 available to install. Flake8 checks were clean.
