Apparently there's an open issue travis-ci/travis-ci#9815 I hoped that the mentioning of Python 3.7 a few times in the docs here meant the support was there 😭 |

I added a job that runs unit tests on python 3.7. As it is based on features that are not officially supported yet, I allowed that job to fail. Let me know what you think. |
As xenial is not officially supported yet, the configuration is such that failures are tolerated on it.
