Because I added the SL docker file I thought I should bump the version. I see now that this is the version of docker compose.

Everything looks good to me. I tried building the SL image, jumping in, and installing zlib, and it all worked perfectly. |

Adding a Dockerfile for SL7 because running in the centos docker image I cannot install buildcache files created on my SL7 desktop.
