It is very handy during PR reviews and discussions to be able to provide links to the
conflictsandrequiresdocumentation and more complex examples are often needed.This PR splits the two sections with some restructuring of each, adds a lot of relevant references and adds/updates examples to illustrate slightly more complex specs.
