I am extremely blind, missed the fact that there is in fact a egl placeholder. Not sure how that should be settled. |

@biddisco do you think we should make egl (maybe as libegl) a virtual that's provided by egl and libglvnd, or do you think we should just keep things as they are with egl being a placeholder for system level libraries (that libglvnd may very well be)? |

New package. libglvnd provides gl and a new virtual egl.
