Version 2.10 produces an error related to cuBLAS: E tensorflow/stream_executor/cuda/cuda_blas.cc:2981] Unable to register cuBLAS factory: Attempting to register factory for plugin cuBLAS when one has already been registered See tensorflow/tensorflow#57663 This is fixed for 2.11 but 2.10 needs a patch.
