No worries, I introduced that the first time. I think it's normal that very big PRs introduce a few small issues that need to be fixed later. |

Regression re-introduced in #30404
The package is a duplicate and placed in the wrong hierarchy. I'll follow this PR with an audit check to ensure we don't do this again.
