@khuck: can you get rid of the superfluous merge commits above? You can probably just check out a current develop branch and FYI: It's easier to stay in sync with an upstream fork if you make a branch in your fork (that way you can just pull |

Updating the apex and ompt-openmp spack packages to install the latest releases, rather than the release candidates available about a month ago.
