spack spec py-netcdf4produces the following error message:py-netcdf4 depends on netcdf, which depends on
hdf5+hl. py-netcdf4 also depends onhdf5, which uses varianthdf5~hlby default, causing a conflict. We can resolve the conflict by depending onhdf5+hlin py-netcdf4.
