Spack info prints always everything #51222

Steps to reproduce

Running spack info prints all details as before. However, running

spack info --maintainers  kokkos
spack info --phases  kokkos

previously printed only the subsection related to the query and now everything is printed, see

spack info --maintainers  kokkos
CMakePackage:   kokkos
