Setting ISPC constraint on Paraview build leads to solver error

### Steps to reproduce

```spack install -j192 paraview+qt+python+hdf5+raytracing %gcc@14.2.0 ^ispc@1.19.0```

I wanted to specify the ISPC version while building paraview, as using the default `main` leads to a compile error in the OpenVKL 1.3.2 dependency (`ispc::structured_spherical` not found at [openvkl/devices/cpu/volume/StructuredSphericalVolume.cpp:](https://github.com/RenderKit/openvkl/blob/05f2016c8a53bce60f56fe4a41f8507cdaff0394/openvkl/devices/cpu/volume/StructuredSphericalVolume.cpp#L122)). I suspect it comes from the much newer ISPC, while OpenVKL 1.3.2 is quite a bit older. But if I leave off the `^ispc@1.19.0` from the paraview install, or run `spack install -j192 openvkl@1.3.2 ^ispc@1.19.0`, the solver error does not occur. Hence, the above is the full paraview build line I was using.
