Installation issue: clingo-bootstrap #25164

@wspear

Description

@wspear

Steps to reproduce the issue

Set up a spack environment to use the clingo concretizer by adding

config:
concretizer: clingo

to the spack.yaml file. Then run:

$ spack concretize
...

Information on your system

  • Spack: 0.16.2-3738-b4c6c11e68
  • Python: 3.6.13
  • Platform: cray-sles15-zen2
  • Concretizer: clingo

Additional information

I encountered this issue on the Spock EA system so out of an abundance of caution I'm excising the full error output in case there's something NDA-adjacent in there. Let me know what more information might be useful. Selected error output without full paths:

cmake-3.20.5-buohxldhbe7xzsyhnt76m5tanfjbmnty/share/cmake-3.20/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.
cmake:230 (message):
9 Could NOT find Python (missing: Python_LIBRARIES Interpreter Development
10 Development.Module Development.Embed)
