Fixes testcases like this:

r2 := @this: target.exercise2.FileNotClosedAliasing
specialinvoke $stack3.<target.exercise2.File: void <init>()>()
r0 = new target.exercise2.File

There was a simple check in the original implementation that wasn't ported.
