Inverse of #1311 and possibly related to #1066.

https://deck.blue/ can create posts with hashtags only in the tags field now.
They seem to still be entirely ignored by Bluesky (they don't turn up in hashtag searches it seems), but I guess it's sort of a thing now.

I forgot how the ActivityPub URLs are constructed, so I can't look this up right now to check if it's in there. Mastodon isn't showing the hashtags, but everything else seems to work as normal.
