The "Play All" button in the "Favorites" section adds songs from your favorites to the end of the current play queue.

If there were songs in the play queue before, the first of the old ones will start playing, not the first of the favorites.

If you click it several times, it will add all the songs several times.

It might be better to have the playback queue cleared before adding.
