Describe the bug
If you build a base in which you can add your own objects and leave that base completely empty,then in the list of bases, the column that normalls shows “Active”/“Sleep” is empty. However, you can still toggle the sleep state even if its not shown. You can see the sleep state if you open the base. Toggling the sleep state of the empty base also directly affects your discovery %.

1. Build an empty base (e.g. small warehouse)
2. Check if the sleep sta

Expected behavior
Either the sleep state for empty bases has no effect on discovery %, or the sleep state needs to be visible even for empty bases.
