There's an issue somewhere in the pak stack that is preventing installation of R packages from R-universe due to R-universe adding a SHA as the `File:` field to DESCRIPTIONs; this has been fixed on pak-devel, but has not yet propagated to pak-stable Affects the following CI files - `r-ci-yml` - `r-python-interop-testing.yml` The `pkgdown.yaml` and `r-valigrind.yaml` use alternate methods of installing R package dependencies pak/pkgbuild tracking issue: r-lib/pkgbuild#208
