Describe the bug
In the new release 0.2.16, mouse input is completely broken across all tested Windows terminals.

• Cannot click to move cursor in the editor
• Cannot interact with menus (clicking does nothing)
• Cannot switch/select buffers/tabs with mouse
• No mouse selection, scrolling, resizing panes/explorer etc. works

Tested terminals (all affected):

• Windows Terminal
• conhost.exe (classic Windows Console)
• Cmder
• Contour
• WezTerm
• Mintty

Tested on two different windows 11 machines

Shells tested: cmd, PowerShell, Git Bash — same behavior everywhere.

Versions affected: 0.2.16
Previous versions: In 0.2.14 and earlier, mouse worked fine in most of these terminals (e.g. WezTerm, conhost, Contour).

Love this Project.

Unfortunately this new regression makes mouse usage impossible, which is a core feature of Fresh („mouse support, familiar UX“).
I'm really looking forward to using it fully again!
