Some full-width characters are not included #46
Description
According to the Punctuation marks in Chinese in Requirements for Chinese Text Layout (https://www.w3.org/International/clreq/#positioning_of_headings_notes_illustrations_and_tables), I think there are some full-width characters that are not included.
They are:
