What happened?
The flagged value in the dashboard page does not represent the correct sum of each object. This happens only in a limited number of findings, such as Ensure fewer than 4 users have global administrator assignment, for example.

During my tests, I can see that for that specific issue, 13 objects were affected, but the count of flagged objects was 1, as shown below:

Expected behavior
The flagged count should be the sum of all affected objects. Additionally, and if the rule is marked as manual, this information should be omitted from HTML, as no objects will be evaluated.
