The N366 PCB is missing a pull up resistor for the TX_DISABLE pin. This causes the SFP module to something never detect that the host changed the TX_DISABLE pin state from high to low. Which means the SFP module will never enable TX. Reference: DEV-7307

The N366 PCB is missing a pull up resistor for the TX_DISABLE pin. This causes the SFP module to something never detect that the host changed the TX_DISABLE pin state from high to low. Which means the SFP module will never enable TX. Reference: DEV-7307
