When the
rekordtype was created, the server allowed giving URLs to fetch instead of having the client fetch them directly. That was removed in #735 however the concurrency hooks around that within the type were never removed. This is now showing up as intermittent unit test failures and this complexity isn't needed.Fixes: #2578
