Review Biz/Marcomms goals & Progress:

  1. Gain support from Ethereum community
  • 🟢 Build a campaign to raise awareness and support for EMs on Ethereum
  • 🟡 Outreach to KOLs, podcasters, and media for amplification and coverage
  • 🔴 Develop templated campaign posts for each participation
  • 🔴 Start news jacking (Quickly highlighting MEV / censorship attacks when they strike)
  • 🔴 Create Info sheet outline EM benefits for different stakeholders
  1. Create an official "Encrypt the Mempool!" coalition
    🟢 Develop a target list of potential partners to join coalition
    🟢 Publish a webpage / kit of information on the coalition and how to get involved
    🟡 Create a list of eth events, and apply for in-kind booth space and/or speaking/workshop opportunities
    🟢 Identify grant opportunities for the coalition

  2. Prove demand from key stakeholders
    🔴 Find a volunteer to manage
    🔴 Create a list of key stakeholders (e.g. wallets, institutions, Etherealize, Flashbots, dataalways)
    🔴 Outline plan for how to engage stakeholders and gather feedback
