Inspired by #781. It might be a good idea to add a spot in our Github issue template which mentions the FAQ in the wiki (it's easy to forget to look there). This might help people get quicker responses to their issues.

We can add this link in an HTML-style comment (<!-- ... -->) so it doesn't show up in the actual bug report.
