Proxy Ganglia Gmond queryies to sFlow-RT REST API

Install proxy on same host running sflow-rt daemon:

sudo cp gmond_proxy.py /etc/init.d/
sudo service gmond_proxy.py start

Test proxy:
telnet localhost 8649

Configure Ganglia gmetad to poll proxy for cluster metrics.
