Turns out we can squeeze a bit more out of rippy.png, as well as a single byte off the big logo with a few new tricks I found. This PR also converts the new kebab menu icon in the Android app to webp like all the others. Signed-off-by: lumiscosity <[email protected]>

This PR also converts the new kebab menu icon in the Android app to webp like all the others, for another 3kb saved.
