This PR adds more fallback options for different fonts in Android Platform.This mimics the behaviour in Gecko for fallback. For reference: https://searchfox.org/firefox-main/source/gfx/thebes/gfxAndroidPlatform.cpp
Testing: We do not run tests for Android.
