Intermittent TIMEOUT in /html/semantics/embedded-content/media-elements/autoplay-with-broken-track.html, /html/semantics/embedded-content/media-elements/track/track-element/no-cuechange-before-play.html, /custom-elements/reactions/customized-builtins/HTMLMediaElement.html and all tests in /webaudio after GStreamer upgrade

There doesn't seem to be any output in these failures. I suspect they are due to some sort of issue with GitHub CI configuration, which doesn't have a real audio device.
