• Provide support for configuring AWS enhanced fan out Kinesis stream consumers for Lambda that was released:

• The configuration takes streams Event Source options:
  --Kinesis Stream
  --Consumer (this is what needs to be added)
  --Batch Size
  --Starting Position
  --Enabled
