Description

Serverless and serverless.yml in particular should support Nested stacks so that developers can compose their service out of multiple CF stacks and therefore e.g. circumvent the CloudFormation limits. This may also speed up deployment in general.

This is based on the insightful discussions in #2387

Please comment and talk about use cases so that we can define the best solution.
