My dev environment's file finder uses .gitignore to decide what to show me when I search.

Because this pattern is in .gitignore, I can't find any test files through searching (I do fuzzy-find as a matter of routine)...and I imagine no one else can either?

I assume someone force-added the directory a while back, and it looks like test*.js was added there nine years ago.
