Several changes to the build workflow to significantly speed up builds: * Disable man-db update hooks. * Disable initramfs update hooks. * Customize free-disk-space action to only run the fast steps. Also clean up build-all.yml by removing unnecessary matrix options. (No impact on build times, this is just for tidiness.) Signed-off-by: Daniel Hast <[email protected]>
