Describe the bug

FIDO key is saved on LUKS partion but LUKS prompt wants password, taping a key do not unlock the LUKS, must use password instead as usual. Backup key file is not saved.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install fedora atomic with LUKS on Virtualbox
2. Install secureblue
3. run ujust option to set fido luks unlocking

Actual behavior
A clear and concise description of what actually happened.

what terminal shows:
"creating backup key ...... line 98 ...../var/home/username/Desktop/luks_backup_key.txt: File or directory not found"

Tapping the key doesn't unlock the partition. Only password works.

P.S. I set GNOME Display Manager Fido unlocking too and it works.
