Description
After installing the Unbound update, I rebooted and started the ProtonVPN GTK app. It told me "You are connected to XYZ#123" as usual, so I opened Trivalent. But no websites would load. After some troubleshooting, I connected the dots to the Unbound update, and toggled various settings until I discovered that the selecting the OpenVPN TCP protocol or the OpenVPN UDP protocol restored my access to the Internet.
Reproduce
- Install all latest secureblue updates. 2. Start the ProtonVPN GTK app. 3. Connect to a server through the WireGuard protocol. 4. Open Trivalent; websites don't load. 5. Disconnect from the current server. 6. Open Settings and change the protocol to OpenVPN TCP or UDP. 7. Re-connect to a server. 8. Trivalent now loads websites.
Expected
The WireGuard protocol should connect me to the Internet.
Actual
It doesn't connect me to the Internet.
