Benefit

Resolved has proven to be unstable, partially incomplete, and buggy. Despite being rather complicated code-wise. It be would ideal to switch to a different, more reliable resolution software. We can also make a selection based on #1080 and other security requirements

Solution

Currently an option is dnscrypt-proxy, but we can look into other options as needed.

Hope resolved improves and merges certain features relating to #1080
