This bug was present during testing of the SELinux policy for trivalent, and is still present after its release to latest.
On GNOME (at least), I cannot control media playback within trivalent (play, pause) with the respective keybind/input. GNOME displays a stop sign where the volume bar usually appears when I try. I'd imagine trivalent needs access to a specific directory or something for this functionality to be permitted in the policy.
