The header only links to docs resources except for Scylla Cloud, which also links to the app:

Proposal

1. Remove the link to Scylla Cloud (app).
2. The "Cloud" item should link to Scylla Cloud docs.
3. Rename Scylla -> ScyllaDB ocurrences in the header.
