Problem

This tutorial assumes the user is working in Linux/Mac and has already worked with Sphinx.

Suggest a fix

Would be nice to mention these assumptions upfront. I spent a few hours installing pip, python, and Sphinx, only to discover I won't be able to run the engine on my machine.
