I see a bunch of weird errors in integration tests that were not appearing before. I'm suspecting testng to be the reason since it is related to integration testing and testng has the biggest version jump of several minor versions.
Update code and test dependencies except testng. Testng has different behavior and throwing SkipException does interfere with results. At the end skipped integration tests are shown as FAILED.
